Well votes are still been cast in my poll and all l can say is it appears that Toby should have been the front man. Having said that he is going to be alot better of with his old band Juke Kartel. l saw them support Nickleback and they were great. Check out the myspace web site Juke Kartel or

Well l dont know what to say.....l definitely think that some other singers should have left before Phil. l agree he is not the best singer but there are alot worse, Zayra for instance. l am pretty sure that she will not head Supernova. They must be keeping her for ratings. If l am wrong themn let the poll l put up do the talking.

This leads me to another problem ...the host of rock star what is up with them Tommy Lee and Dave Navaro are lost. Jason Newsted and Gilby Clarke are cool. Keep an eye out for my favorite host poll.

Well its good bye to Chris, a nice guy. He had the right attitude but lack of vocallity that Supernova required. l thought Zayra was lucky to survive.

Great to see Toby do well in the second week of eliminations in Supernova. He was definitely the stand out performer. l felt that the other performers kind of shot them selves in the foot with trying to scream their lungs out. Jill Gioia would be a good example, luckily she redeemed herself in the elimination round. Toby's performance was solid and well controlled vocally.

After watching the first round of songs, l have made my mind up about who will be likely to be eliminated. l think Zayra Alvarez will not make the grade. l also think that Chris Pierson is at risk a well

l think that the girls did a better job than the boys.

Well the first episode of Rock Star - Supernova just finished.

My sentimental favorite is Toby Rand as he is an Aussie just like me!

So far l think Ryan Star is in trouble and might be first out if he does not
produce a good performance.

Butch Walker an excellent choice.

l came to know about Butch Walker about 8 years ago when he used to be in a band called Marvelous 3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvelous_3) they rocked. The three albums they made together were fantastic, my favorite was "Ready Sex Go". Due to some unfortunate events the band dispanded. Butch Walker continued on with a solo career.

Having Butch Walker on the Rock Star series will add depth and dimension to the show.

As you all may well know Tommy Lee is looking to create a new band and is going to use the Rock Star (rock star) show to do it. The band already consists of drummer Tommy Lee (Mötley Crüe) with bassist Jason Newsted (Metallica) and guitarist Gilby Clarke (Guns N' Roses).
